The El Cajon Improvement District was interested in having art stenciled onto the sides of several trash and recycle bins on the Boulevard to help differentiate them from one another. Utilizing their existing color scheme, and art deco inspiration, these bin designs were proposed, and selected, as part of the city's renovation efforts.
